Pattern Instructions:
Base Ring: Start with a magic loop (ml)
Ist Round:
Ch1, 12 sc into ml (work 3 or 4 of the sc around the hair elastic to secure the flower in place), sl st to first sc.
2nd Round:
Working into the back loops only of each sc, ch12, sl st into lst sc, $\star_{\mathsf{s l}}$ st into next sc, ch12, sl st into same sc; rep from \* to end.
3rd Round:
Work as for 2nd round, but into the front loops only of each sc of Round 1 and only ch8 between sl sts. Fasten off Pull magic loop closed Weave in ends
