This is an excellent pattern to learn how to cable without a cable needle. There are many videos and tutorials online, but here I will also provide written directions for the two cables in this pattern, performed without a cable needle. C4B: Wyif, slp 2 sts from LH to RH needle, then k2 from LH needle. Insert LH needle into both slipped sts, going in back of the two worked sts. Pinch the fabric underneath all four sts to prevent unraveling. Pull the RH needle out of all four sts, then insert the RH needle only into the 2 worked sts, going in front the two held sts. This maneuver swaps the 2 unworked sts in back of the 2 worked sts. Finally, k2 from LH needle. T3B: Wyif, slp 1 st from LH to RH needle, then k2 from LH needle. Insert LH needle into slipped st, going in back of the two worked sts. Pinch the fabric underneath all three sts to prevent unraveling.
