● Scraps of DK yarn. Here, 100% cotton yarn has been used. 3.0mm hook Small pieces of felt for the windows and door, Buttons to decorate, Needle and thread.
Stitches used:
ch = chain dc = double crochet dc2tog = double crochet two stitches together Abbreviations... st (s) = stitch (es) til = until Main part of the house 10ch, plus 1 for turning.
Row 1;
1dc in 2"d chain from hook, 1dc in each ch to end, turn.
Row 2 - 11;
1ch, 1dc in each st to end, turn.
Row 12;
1ch, 1dc in each st to end. Fasten off and weave in ends.
Roof 12ch plus 1 for turning. Row 1; 1dc in 2"d chain from hook, 1dc in each ch to end, turn.
Row 2;
1ch, dc2tog, 1dc in each of next 8 sts, dc2tog, turn.
Row 3;
1ch, dc2tog, 1dc in each of next 6 sts, dc2tog, turn.
Row 4;
1ch, dc2tog, 1dc in each of next 4 sts, dc2tog, turn.
Row 5;
1ch, dc2tog, 1dc in each of next 2 sts, dc2tog, turn.
Row 6;
1ch, dc2tog twice, turn.
Row 7;
1ch, dc2tog. Fasten off and weave in ends.
