ch 1, pull the stitch (count as first htr), 2 incomplete htr in the base stitch (= 5 loops on the hook), yo and draw through of all the loops, ch 1 to adjust. (= 1 loop on the hook)
Group of 2 Puffs
ch 1, pull (count as first htr), 2 incomplete htr in last closing eyelet (= 5 loops on the hook). 3 incomplete htr in the next stitch (= 11 loops on the hook).
