Method
3. 1dtr, 2ch into ea tr, slipstitch to join 4. 3tr, 1ch into ea space, slipstitch to join 5. 3tr into ea of next 3 spaces, \*3tr, 2ch, 3tr (corner group) into next sp. Rep and slipstitch to join 6. slipstitch to next space, work as for round 5, working 3tr into spaces between tr groups and a corner group in ea corner 2ch space. 7. Fasten off
Making up
Sew in ends and use the magic ring tail to pull up the magic ring so there is no hole in the centre. Sew this end in carefully, making sure the ring is still closed.
To Join Squares
On the last round of a square, place it alongside the square you want to join to. Starting in a corner group, instead of the 2ch between the 3tr groups, make 1ch then slipstitch into the
corresponding space in the other square and 1ch and back to work the other 3tr of the corner. Then work the 3tr group and slipstitch into the corresponding space between groups on the other square. When you have worked all along you should be neatly joined to the other square.
