Perfect Memory Square Pattern for Sherlock Blanket - Blind Banker Episode Inspiration with Knitting Materials and Directions

Perfect Memory

This square was designed to be part of my Sherlock blanket. It's inspired by the Blind Banker episode of the series Sherlock

Materials

1 skein of Idéal (50g/125m, needles 3.5 mm, gauge 24sts / 31 rws) from Bergere de France in Brouilly (Red) 1 skein of Idéal (50g/125m, needles 3.5 mm, gauge 24sts / 31 rws) from Bergere de France in Girolle (Orange) 1 skein of Idéal (50g/125m, needles 3.5 mm, gauge 24sts / 31 rws) from Bergere de France in Vannerie (Light Brown) 3.5mm needles

Directions for a 20 cm / 20 cm square:

Cast on 50 sts (= 48 sts + 2 edge sts). Start with a wrong side row (= row 1). Follow chart B. Bind off. Weave in the end. Block your square. Chart A shows the background motif, in case you're gauge is different from mine. To add the yellow symbols, divide your square in four parts (green square in chart B) and make sure that your symbol is centered in its part.

K = knit P = purl RS = right side WS = wrong side st = stitch rw =row K on RS / P on WS / use Brouilly color
