HOW TO WORK THE CHARTS

Additional repeats will increase the amount of yarn required. Chart symbols: sl1, k2tog, psso slip 1 stitch knitwise, knit 2 stitches together, pass the slipped stitch over.Central Double Decrease - cdd (RS) slip 1 stitch, knit 2 tog,pass slip st over. knit one through the back loop, \* knit one through the back loop 1,2,3,4,5,7,9- knit 1,2,3,4,5,7,9; knit 1, no stitch, stitch marker. Start shawl: Cast on three stitches, knit ten rows. Keeping your three stitches on the needle pick up and knit five stitches along the side edge.
