Small & larger flow ers

These flowers can be crocheted with almost every yarn... Just choose a matching hooksize. Those in the picture were made with a 3mm / D / UK 11 hook and matching yarn. They are super cute as pins (just knot a safety pin to the backside), sewed on other crafts, hot glued on magnets... Feel free to use bright colors, these in the picture were only for a friend who wanted some retro flowers in green.
Stitches needed:
ch: chain stitch slip st: slip stitch SC: single crochet hdc: half double crochet dc: double crochet tr: treble crochet dtr: double treble crochet All stitches are through front and back loop.
Small flower:
5 ch 一close them to a ring with a slip st in the first ch 一2 sc in each stitch, close the round with a slip st change color if you like to in the first stitch: sc, hdc, dc and tr, in the second stitch: tr, dc, hdc, sc, repeat this step 4 times aaaand you're done ;) pull the thread through the sc in the first petal from the front to the back, this way you'll get a nice finish.
Larger flower:
crochet a small flower ;) put the small flower nearby and crochet a new piece, starting with 10 ch close them to a ring with a slip st in the first ch sc, double every second stitch (→ 15 stitches) two sc in every stitch (→ 30 stitches) in the first stitch: hdc, dc, in the second stitch: tr, dtr, in the third stitch: dtr, tr, in the fourth stitch: dc, hdc, repeat this step 4 times pull the thread through the hdc in the first petal from the front to the back leave the thread and sew the small flower ontop of the larger one (preferably around the inner circle)
