Using 4mm hook make 5ch. Sl st to 1st ch to form a ring. 1" Row: 5ch. (1dtr, 1ch into 5ch ring/sp) 5 times. 1dtr into ring/sp. Turn 2nd Row: 5ch. (1dtr, 1ch, 1dtr, 1ch into next sp) 5 times. 1dtr into 5ch sp. Turn 3"d Row: 6ch. (1dtr, 2ch into next sp) 10 times. 1dtr into 5ch sp. DO NOT TURN Work down side of work. 4th row: 6ch. 1dc into 5ch turning ch sp of 2nd row. 5ch. 1dc into last dtr in 1"row. Turn. Repeat last four rows until desired length, (Omitting 4th row on final scallop). Fasten off.
