Wavy Baby Summer Jumper
Made Size 12 - 18 Months \* More sizes to come! \*
You will need:
$*_{\,100\%}$ Cotton: $200\:\mathrm{g}$ of main color (MC) $150\;\mathrm{g}$ of complimentary color (CC) (I used $120{\mathrm{~g~}}$ of the mc and $110\;\mathrm{g}$ of the cc. This amount will vary depending on the weight of yarn and size of hooks used) $^{*}4-6$ Buttons approx $10\mathrm{mm}-15\mathrm{mm}$ \*CrochetHooksSize: $4.0\mathrm{mm}$ , $4.5\mathrm{mm}$ $5.0\mathrm{mm}$ , and $5.5\mathrm{mm}$ (for increasing size without increasing the number of stitches) $\mathrm{Ch}=$ chain $\mathrm{{Ch}1\,\mathrm{{sp}=\mathrm{{chain}}}}$ 1 space $\mathrm{Dc}=$ double crochet $\mathrm{Hd}=$ half double crochet $\mathbf{S}\mathbf{c}=$ single crochet $\mathbf{S}\mathbf{t}=$ stitch (refers to previous row of crochet, regardless of stitch type - sc, dc, etc.) Tc $=$ treble/triple crochet Notes: $^{*}\,{\mathrm{Chl}}$ or 2 and turn at end of each round does NOT count as sc or dc. It is just a turning ch. \* In rows where you are connecting a new color, work first stitch as if yarn was connected. This is a little tricky with the tc, (you have to keep the wraps on the hook with your fingers) but it works, I promise! \* Baby Summer Jumper worked in two pieces. Sew together as desired (from beginning of rows with 60 sts to end of pattern), trying to keep seams small and flexible for the childs comfort. Finished size: 12 - 18 months Finished Product!

Add buttons approx 1"? apart on straps to make jumper adjustable in size. (make sure they fit into the button hole before you sew them on!) Use a piece of ribbon or crochet a chain in the CC long enough to create a nice bow on the front (or back) of the jumper. This is mostly for decoration, so use your imagination!
