Help us understand the problem
Tell us which page or tool you were using, what you expected, and what happened. Your browser and device details, a screenshot and the time of the problem can help. Share only the project details you are comfortable sending.
Never send passwords, passkeys, sign-in links, Google verification codes, API keys or full payment card details. For membership questions, your account email and invoice reference are enough to start.
Having trouble signing in?
PattGen uses passwordless sign-in. Continue with Google, use your passkey, or request a sign-in link at the email address associated with your account. If you have lost your passkey, the email link is your recovery option.
Verification and sign-in emails come from PattGen at hello@pattgen.com. Check spam and junk folders if a message does not arrive. Replies go to supports@pattgen.com. Never share a sign-in link with anyone.

Privacy and creator rights
For a data access, correction or deletion request, email us from your account email if possible. We may need to verify ownership before changing account data. For a rights concern, include the page URL, the work concerned and a way to contact you.
