Frantic Flower Tawashi Free Crochet Pattern
This easy to make Tawashi is perfect for your kitchen or as a gift. Designed for a Vintage feel and slightly girly, it will help with your washing up and will last for ages. UK terminology used.

Yarn: Any Acrylic DK. Small quantities only in 2 colours. . Hook size: 3.5 mm (lf your tension is tight use a 4 mm hook.) Finished size: The Square is approximately 15 cm in diameter (6")

Pattern Instructions:
The pattern is worked in the round from the centre flower. When using the new colour you are asked to join and stitch into the back loops of the pairs of dcs behind the work. Pick Ip one loop from each of the 2 dc's and work the st as required (a dc). Make sure at the beginning of Row 3 that you are working with the Right Side facing you - if not turn the work. Great for washing up on glassware, gentle on silver, polishes chrome and stainless and sadly lasts a long time - it looks a bit grim after a while (but still works!). You can also make a potholder by using 2 threads of pure cotton DK and a size 5 mm hook.
