Cuddly Crocheted Baby Blankel

Pattern illustration

Soft & cuddly, quick and easy, this quick crochet blanket works up in no time at all. The pattern is from an afghan crocheted by my husband's belovedGrandmaBenne. Using a very simple, yet beautiful stitch pattern, 6 balls of Cuddles, from Crystal Palace Yarns, and a size N crochet hook, crochet a warm, special 25 x 26 inch all-purpose baby blanket. Gauge is 2 stitches per inch in pattern.

Materials:

6 balls (98 yards each or approximately 588 yards total), of Crystal Palace Yarns, Cuddles. Size N crochet hook. Yarn needle. Notes: Instead of beginning with a regular chain stitch, start with 62 foundation single crochet stitches.
