Join in round and follow the pattern: Row 1-5: purl (MC) Row 6-9: knit (CC) Row 10: purl (MC) Repeat row 1-10 for 3(4,5) times more. Row 1-5: purl (MC) Row 6-9: knit (CC) Row 10: Decrease-row knitted with MC: \*k8, k2tog\* = 72 (80,84) sts

Row 11-15: purl (MC) Row 16-19: knit (CC) Row 20: Decrease-row knitted with MC: \*k4, k2tog\* = 60 (67,70) sts Row 21-25:purl(MC) Row 26-29: knit (CC) Row 30: Decrease-row knitted with MC: \*k2, k2tog\* = 45 (50,53) sts Row 31-35: purl(MC) Row 36-39: knit (CC) Row 40: Decrease-row knitted with MC: \*k2tog\* knit i = 23 (25,27) sts Now k2tog until there are only 5sts left. Put them on one dpn and follow the pattern, using the i-cord technique: Knit one row using a second dpn. Do not turn the work and slide the stitches to the other side of the needle. Knit a second row by bringing the yarn behind the work and starting with the first stitch. Knit 10cm. Then k2tog twice and knit one st. BO all sts. After hiding the left yarn in the i-cord, make a knot.
