This is the companion to the One-Der, in a two skein version. It starts with the same central mesh but having the edging continue all the way around gives it more body and length. Choose one colour that you love or two skeins in complementary colours, one for the mesh and one for the edging.
Requirements
Two skeins Koigu KPPM fingering weight yarn $(50\mathrm{g}/175$ yds) $3.5\mathrm{mm}$ crochethook Abbreviations (English terms used) ch - chain; sp - space; tr - treble; dc - double crochet; dtr - double treble; slst - slip stitch.

Pattern
Mesh Make 32 ch Row 1: 1tr into $7^{\mathrm{th}}$ ch from hook, \*ch 2, skip 2 ch, 1tr into next $\mathrm{ch^{*}}$ repeat from \* to $^*7$ more times. (nine spaces) Row 2: Make 5 ch (turning ch), \*1tr into next ch sp, ch $2^{*}$ repeat from \* to \* seven times, 1 tr into top of turning ch. Repeat row 2 until you run out of the first skein of yarn.
Edging
Begin at corner where mesh finished. Round 1: make 4 ch, 1 dc into corner square, $^{*}4c\mathrm{h}$ , Idc into next square along side of mesh,\* rpt from \* to \* until last square before next corner, [4ch, 1dc into corner square] 3 times. Continue for each of two long sides and two ends of the scarf until last corner, 1dcr into last corner square, 4ch, slst into $1^{\mathrm{st}}$ ch of round. Round 2: \*1ch, [1tr, 1ch, 1dtr, 1ch, 1dtr, 1ch, 1dtr, 1ch, 1tr] into next 4ch space, 1ch, 1 dc into next 4ch space,\* repeat from \* to \* around, slst into $1^{\mathrm{st}}$ ch. Darn in ends and block.
