(pocket)
Switch to size 10 (6mm) needles and work Seed Stitch for approximately 15 inches. Bind off all stitches, loosely, in Seed Stitch. Block. (This step may not seem crucial, but it opens the lacework beautifully, and helps make the pockets as even as possible.) Weave in ends. Fold pocket in half. Using scrap yarn, stitch pocket sides together. Repeat for second pocket. Admire your beautiful work and send us a picture!

I would like to thank my mama, without whom, I would not know the wonders of sticks & string. And many thanks for her patient editing. I would also like to thank my papa, who is a patient model and editor. I'm also grateful that he waters the critters while I'm sketching and stitching. And, of course, thanks to all the sheeps who supply the fluffy stuff.
