Assembling the Bow
Pinch the bow from top to bottom in the center to make it pucker. Wrap the center section of the bow around this part and sew closed.
Assembling the Purse
Attach buttons to the eyes and whip stitch to the bag over the goggle section. Attach bow in desired space. Sew mouth on. Attach pocket to bag, do not sew across the top of the pocket.
