Amigurumi is worked in rounds, you do not join rows. You can use a stitch marker to mark the end of your rounds and move it up every round. If the number of sc goes up increase to get that amount on the row, if the number of sc goes down, decrease to get that amount on the row. YOU ARE NOW CLOSING THE BACK OF THE HOOD It does not matter where you place the following decreases as long as you do 4 per round.
