Amigurumi is worked in rounds, you do not join rows. You can use a stitch marker to mark the end of your rounds and move it up every round. If the number of sc goes up increase to get that amount on the row, if the number of sc goes down, decrease to get that amount on the row. Make sure whether your increasing or decreasing you spread them out evenly on each row. HEAD: 1. (22) making sure the dec sts are not on top of previous dec sts. 12. sc around Add a few poly-pellets, then stuffing to body You will be working on the HOOD now, once I finish row 14 I like to insert the head , I attach the head with my glue gun, you may stitch it in place if you desire. 13. ch-16, attach chain 10 stitches from the st your in, (1/2 way around circle)cont. to .sc around. YOU ARE NOW CLOSING THE BACK OF THE HOOD It does not matter where you place the following decreases as long as you do 4 per round. Try not to place directly on top of each other, could cause your batting to show through. 14. dec 4 evenly spaced around 15. dec 4 evenly spaced around 16. dec 4 evenly spaced around 17. dec around, lv tail to draw opening closed, decorate as desired....
