Material:

4 skeins Tupa - Mirasol colorway 809 50 grams = 125 meters 1.76 ounces = 137 yards Needle size: US 7-4.5 mm Main pattern: RS:1 \*k1 - p1 \* end with k1 WS: \*p1 - k2\* end with p1 Gauge after blocking: 14 stitches and 28 rows are 4"/10 cm. Finished measurements after blocking: Wingspan along: 72"/180cm. Height from cast on to bind off along the center stitch: 12"/30cm. Height at side: 5"/12cm.

Lace pattern according to the chart:

3 stitches for the border - 19 lace pattern repeats of 20 stitches, plus 1 - 3 stitches for the border. = 387 stitches. Cast on: 3 stitches forthe border - 19 lace pattern repeats of 21 stitches - 3 stitches for the border = 405 stitches. Row 1 - 14: Work stitches as they appear (knit the knits, purl the purls, and purl the YOs). Row 15 - 30: Work the lace pattern.

RS row: slip the 1st stitch purl wise, yarn in front. Knit the last stitch through back loop. WS row: slip the 1st stitch purl wise, yarn in front. Purl the last stitch through back loop.

Insert left-hand needle into front of these 2 stitches and knit them together. = cdd = slip first and second stitches together as if to knit. Knit 1 stitch.
