So Simple It's Silly Scarf
Size: 3 1/2 inches wide and as long as you want... Materials: Skein of Paton's Brilliant or Lion Brand Glitterspun I or 9 Crochet hook Notes: Gauge is not important. Choose a hook that is appropriate for the yarn you've selected, and it will probably be perfect.
Special Stitches: V-st (1 DC, ch 2, 1 DC) in same space
Foundation:
Ch.15. Row 1: DC in 4th ch from hook and in each ch across. (13 DCs.) First ch 3 counts as first DC throughout.
Pattern:
Row 2: Ch 3, \* sk 1 DC, V-st in next DC, sk 1 DC, 1 DC in next DC \* Repeat from \* to the end of the row. 4 single DCs and 3 V-st. Row 3: Ch 3, \*3 DC in ch 2 sp, 1 DC in next DC\* Repeat from \* to the end of the row. 13 stitches made. Continue in Pattern until the desired length is reached, ending with Row 3. To finish, complete 1 row of DC across. 13 Stitches made. Fringe it if you like Wear it and be fabulous.
