Zelda Beanie
by Natalia Kolasa Using a US 8 16"’ circular needle, cast on 77 stitches in main hat color (gray) Rows 1 - 10: Being careful not to twist stitches, place marker on right needle, join knitting and work a K4, P3 rib. Rows 15 - 16: Knit stripe color (gren). When adding the new color, prevent jog by lifting the right side of the stitch below onto the left needle and knit it together with the next stitch at the stitch marker. Rows 17 - 30: K2 in stripe color and begin triforce pattern in gold. Continue the pattern in the round, knitting 4 stitches between the triforces, and ending with a K3 (making for 5 stitches between two of the triangles). When continuing the pattern, carry the yarn through the pattern on the inside of the hat, leaving slack between knitted pieces to allow for stretch in the hat.
