Begin knitting in the round. Stitches should be divided evenly between 2 needles, using another to knit with. Continue knitting in the round, changing yarns as desired until the altoid tin (or desired gift) fits completely in the bag. Knit one more round. Next row: K2tog, Yo\* repeat until the end of round. Next Row: Kfb in each K2tog, K1 in the YO's. Next Row: Bind off. Thread ribbon through and cinch to close. An I-cord would also make an ideal closure.
