28 cm - 11" wide and 110 cm - 45" circumference. Measurements taken after lightly stretched.
Yarn and Needles:
ITO Tetsu，15 gr 0.53 ounces, colour 187 MARINE，2 skeins (492 m - 269 yards). Circular needles size 3 mm - US 2 with wire 40 cm 15.5" long. Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge. Gauge is not crucial, but it will affect the finished size. l stitch marker. Tapestry needle.
Gauge:
24 sts = 10 cm - 4" in st st lightly stretched.

An elegant (but very simple) accessory to be worn preferably in the evening! CO 240 m VERY loosely. PM and join in round.
Section i:
Row l: \*l k. Repeat from \* around, SM. Repeat row 1 up to the length of 10 cm 4" from the beginning.
Section Z:
Pick up the second yarn and join it together with the first one: now knit with the double yarn. Repeat row 1 to the length of 18 cm - 7" from the beginning (or until you finish the first yarn).
Section 3:
Knit with the second yarn only. Repeat row 1 to the length of 28 cm - 1l" from the beginning (or until you've finished the second yarn). Remove M. BO VERY loosely all sts. Weave in ends and don't block the cowl, but stretch the cowl lightly in order to to show off the design better.
