2 balls Louisa Harding Glisten, or 170m (186 yds) worsted weight ribbon yarn. One pair 5mm (US 8) needles.

Abbreviations:

cdd - centred double decrease - slip 2 sts knitwise together, k1, pass slipped stitches over k - knit st - stitch yo - yarn over

Tension:

22 sts & 22 rows to 10 cm/4" over pattern.

Size:

102cm long x 14cm wide.

Cast on 31 sts. Knit 4 rows. Next row: K2, \*yo, cdd, yo, k1; repeat from \* to last st, k1. Knit 3 rows. Repeat last 4 rows until scarf measures 101.5cm. Knit 1 row. Cast off.
