ABBREVIATIONS
Ch - chain ■ hdc - half double crochet ■ sc - single crochet sl st — slip stitch st - stitch or stitches
Blue yarn/Dark violet yarn
Work in continuous rounds, do not join Rnd 1: ch 2, 8 sc in 2nd st from the hook (8) Rnd 2: 2 sc in each st around (16) Rnd 3: (sc in next st, 2 sc in next st) x 8 times (24) Rnd 4: (sc in next 2 st, 2 sc in next st) x 8 times (32) Rnd 5: (sc in next 3 st, 2 sc in next st) x 8 times (40) Rnd 6: (sc in next 4 st, 2 sc in next st) x 8 times (48) Rnd 7 - 10: sc in each st around (48) Fasten off and weave in the end. We have a hemisphere bell like the blue jellyfish.

To make wavy bell (same as the purple jellyfish), simply fold 8 creases on the bell Fold each single wave and move to another

Press two or three folded waves as a time to enhance the creases and make them last

Finally, slightly press on top of the bell and adjust to have uniform waves.

TENTACLES
White yarn
Ch 32, 2 hdc in 3rd st from the hook, hdc in next st, (2 hdc in next st, hdc in next st) x 14 times (45), ch 40, leave a tail of 2 in (5 cm) and cut off

Sky blue yarn/Blue violet yarn
Ch 32, 2 hdc in 3rd st from the hook, hdc in next st, (2 hdc in next st, hdc in next st) x 14 times (45), ch 40, leave a tail of 2 in (5 cm) and cut off
Blue yarn/Dark violet yarn
Ch 72, 2 hdc in 3rd st from the hook, hdc in next st, (2 hdc in next st, hdc in next st) x 14 times (45), ch 2. With the loop on the hook, pull to make a very big loop, leave a long tail and cut off.

cure the big loop by knot tying a few times or weave into the tentacles. Use crochet hook to pull small tail of white tentacle through the chain or stitch below the big loop (from left to right)

Next, pull small tail of sky blue tentacle through the same stitch in inverses direction (from right to left)

Use exceed yarn at the beginning of each part to secure tentacles together.

Insert crochet hook into center of the bell from outside, pull the big loop of tentacles over and hang them up.
