Row 1 (RS): K1, \* K3, P3 \* to the last st, K1 Row 2 (WS): P1, \* K3, P3 \* to the last st, P1 Work these 2 rows 8 more times (10 rows total). The first and last st of every row will continue to be worked in this manner (K on the RS, P on the Ws) so as to keep a st st selvedge for sewing up). Commence following the chart from Row 11, keeping the edge stitches in st st (these edge stitches are not charted). The chart repeats 5 timeswithin eachrow. Work the entire chart, ending with 10 more ribbing rows. Cast off all sts. Make second panel in same fashion. Sew the 2 panels together at each end, using mattress stitch. Weave in all ends. Wash in lukewarm water with a mild detergent.
