Row1-Kinc1 in every st, (12 sts) Row2-P. Row3-[Kinc1,k1] six times. (18sts) Row4-P. Cast off. 1.Lay the two teddy pieces rightways up. 2.Pick up one piece and put it wrongways on top of the other piece so that both rightways pieces are innermost. 3.Pin all round the edges.

4.Oversew all round leaving a gap in the side of the head for stuffing and attaching eyes. 5.Turn rightways then stuff body,legs and arms firmly remembering to give teddy a fat tummy, attach eyes to head then stuff head and closegap.

6.Place two ear pieces together with the right sides outermost, oversew all round ears then sew firmly to head. 7.Run a thread through cast on stitches of muzzle , pull tight, then sew secure with a few stitches ,then sew up back seam to form a sort ofbucket. 8.Turn rightways and stuff muzzle then sew the cast off edge (ie top of bucket) securely to head just below eyes.
