This bolero can be used in two ways: as a simple and elegant bolero (e.g. to an evening dress) or as a catching-eye shawl. It is ideal knitting for beginners - it is made in one piece and the pattern is very easy. Size: universal
Material, notions and tools:
· I used Gedifra Rubens about 150g (ingredients: 45% acrylic, 24% nylon, 17% rayon, 14% polyester) but you can also use other decorative yarn. · A set of 6,50 mm double pointed needles

The Wave pattern:
The repeat for this stitch pattern is 10 + 6 Knit 2 rows. Row 3: \*K6, \*[yo] twice, k1, [yo] three times, k1, [yo] four times, k1, [yo] three times, k1, [yo] twice, k6; repeat from \* to end of row. Row 4: Knit, dropping all yarn overs. Rows 5 & 6: Knit Row 7: K1, \*[yo] twice, k1, [yo] three times, k1, [yo] four times, k1, [yo] three times, k1, [yo] twice, k6; repeat from \* 7 times, [yo] twice, k1, [yo] three times, k1, [yo] four times, k1, [yo] three times, k1, [yo] twice, k1. Row 8: As row 4. Repeat rows 1-8 six times. Repeat rows 1-6.
Stitch sample:
Wave pattern: 14 stitches x 18 rows= 10x10cm
The knitting:
Make a rectangle 26cm wide and 145 cm long. Cast on 36 stitches with 6,50mm needles and knit the wave pattern for 145cm (about 262 rows).Bind off all stitches.
Finishing:
The knitting put together along the longer side and sew the sleeves (about 36 cm). And the bolero is ready!
