Diamond Juice is found far underneath the ground in Narnia, where livingjuicy diamonds are mined. "Yes,” said Golg. “l have heard ofthose little scratches in the crust that you Topdwellers call mines. But that's where you get dead gold, dead silver, dead gems. Down in Bism we have them alive and growing. There llpick you bunches of rubies that you can eat and squeeze out a cupful of diamondjuice. You won't care much aboutfingering the cold, dead treasures of your shallow mines after you have tasted the live ones in Bism." -The Silver Chair

Bind off very loosely Pick up and knit three stitches on side of thumb k2tog, K to last 2 st, k2tog bind Off. Block Special Stitches, Popcorn stitch. Knit a stitch as you normally would, but don't slide it off the needle when you are done. Then purl a stitch normally, into the stitch you didn't slide off the needle. Knit a stitch into the stitch you didn't slide off the needle, and then slide that stitch off the needle. This will add 2 stitches, in the next round you will do a k3tog, but don't worry about that until you get to it. Here's another tutorial, http://newstitchaday.com/popcorn-stitch/

Twisted Ribbing.

You can use regular ribbing, but I think the twisted ribbing looks tidier. Knit one though the back loop, purl one. Repeat across the row. Magic Loop. I use this all the time and it's a great technique, here's a great tutorial http://tutorials.knitpicks.com/wptutorials/magic-loop/
