Pokemon And All Respective Names are Trademark & @ of Nintendo 1996-2011 Gauge: 10x10 cm = 18 sts, 24 rows Needle size: 5 mm double pointed needles, or size needed to obtain gauge Yarn used: Cascade 220 wool - Version with brim: 75 grams (150 m) of white + 10 grams (20 m) of pink - Version without brim (see photograph): 60 grams (120 m) of white + 5 grams (10 m) of pink For a head circumference of 56-6o cm. To make the hat larger or smaller, add or subtract multiples of 6 stitches. On the first row of the intarsia section, add or subtract half this number from the stitches you knit before the first stitch of the chart. After the colour section, knit the last and first stitch of every round together (above the faux seam, see pattern) before the decrease section until your number of stitches is divisible by 5. Then, work the decreased rounds as written. The colour section is worked in intarsia. You will need: - 2 large balls of white of roughly equal size - 2 small balls of white (the white circle) - 3 medium balls of pink (1 for each pink field)
Tip: This hat will also look great in black, with the chart worked in white (lower half and inner circle) and red (top half)!
