Paxton Preemie Jacket

This pattern was inspired by a friends little newborn. Paxton was only 5lb 5oz, so a tiny little thing. I had made him something larger but needed to quickly whip up something tiny to fit him while he was putting on some weight. It was summer when he was born so I did a short sleeved version. I have added notes on how to do longer tapered sleeves however.
