Pattern:
Make as many chains as you desire for the width of your blanket. I usually chain to 55 IN for a blanket. In each row you will pick a stitch (SC, HDC or DC) then make that row, in the next row you can do that same stitch or pick another and make that row with that stitch. Basically, this is a very random pattern. I used a mix of SC rows, HDC rows and DC rows to make the one above. When you reach your desired length ( Ilusually go to 60 IN in length for my blankets), Fasten off your work and weave in any stray strands of yarn.
