Materials

US size 8 needles 1 skein worsted weight cotton, i.e. Lily's Sugar'n Cream (1 skein $=2$ dishcloths)

Pattern

Cast on 36 sts Rows 1 - 4: K across (border) A] Rows 5-9:K8, P5, K5, P5, K5, P5, K3] Rows 10-14: K3, P5, K5, P5,K5, P5, K8 These are your two pattern rows. You will alternate 5 rows of [A] and [B] throughout. Rows 15 - 19: repeat row 5 [A] Rows 20 - 24: repeat row 10 [B] Rows 25 - 29: repeat row 5 [A] Rows 30 - 34: repeat row 10 [B] Rows 35 - 39: repeat row 5 [A] Rows 40 - 44: repeat row 10 [B] Rows 45 - 49: repeat row 5 [A] Rows 50 - 53: K across (border)
