This is a simple sachet, great as a small gift. I filled mine with dried lavender but any pot pourri will do. They are approx. 6cm tall and wide
Materials
Small quantity of DK yarn. 3.5mm crochet hook Short length of ribbon Some lavender or pot pourri Wadding or fabric for lining (optional) Tapestry needle

Instructions
Foundation: Make 4ch and form a ring with a ss 1st round 1ch, 10dc in ring, ss to 1st ch (10 sts) 2nd round 1ch, 2dc into base of ch, 2dc in each st to end, ss to 1st dc (20sts) 3dround 1ch, 1dc into base of ch, 2 dc into next st, 1 dc into next st, continue doing 2dc, then 1dc to end of round, ss to 1st dc (30 sts) 4th round 1 ch, 1dc into base of ch, 1 dc into each st around, ss to 1 st dc Repeat round 4 another 7 times 13th round (eyelet round) 4ch (counts as 1tr, 1ch), \*miss 1 st, 1tr, 1ch\*, repeat \* to \* to end, ss into 3'rd st of original 4 ch 14th round 1 ch, \*5tr into 1st tr, 1dc into next tr, 1 dc into 1ch space, 1dc into next tr\*, repeat \* to \* to end of round, ss into 1st ch Fasten off

To make up
Sew in loose ends with a tapestry needle. Make pouch out of wadding or fabric. Fill pouch with lavender and sew up. Place pouch in sachet. Thread ribbon through eyelet round and tie tightly in a bow.
