Tote Bag for 18" Doll

Materials: Small Amount of Aran or Worsted Yarn US size 3 needles Double points for I-cord Gauge: 23 sts = 4" on Size 3 needles Note: An odd number of stitches is used because I wanted the anchor to be centered. If using a different design, you may want to increase or decrease the stitches by 1 so your ribing works out evenly. Bag: (Make 2 sides) CO 25 sts and work in Stockinette St for 21 rows. (l used stripes of 2 rows each of 3 colors). You will end with first row of second color. Next row (WS): P2, K2 across ending with P1 Next row (RS): K1, \*P2, K2, repeat from \* across row. Next row: BO in pattern. Sew both sides together. I-Cord: With 4th color, CO 3 sts. Work I-cord for 8". BO Attach to each side of bag. Duplicate stitch your favorite design to front of bag.
