Instructions
Cast on 130 stitches. Knit 22 rows in each colour in garter stitch (knit each row) according to the schematic. Bind off loosely and weave in ends.
Version for perfectionists
For perfect symmetry (and because I like cast-on-edges better than bind-off-edges) I knitted the blanket in two pieces. I knitted the whole blanket apart from the last colour (ABACDCECDCAB). On a second needle I casted on 130 st in A and knitted 21 rows, then I grafted the two pieces together. (this forms the 22nd row of the last stripe in A).
