The Seamless Bicolor Garter Stitch Hat
By: Raelyn Arnold ("That's a RAELyN!")

This pattern uses a technique I discovered. When you use this technique there is no "stripes," or "ladders" in Garter Stitch hats. I absolutely love this technique. I will be using it in all future Garter Stitch projects. I named the technique the "Seamless Garter Stitch." Loom: Purple Knifty Knitter 48 peg 5/8" gauge (CinDWood Crafts 48 peg 5/8" gauge loom could be used.) Yarn: #4 worsted Lion Brand Landscapes (1 skein 147 yds) & #5 Bulky Lion Brand Jiffy True Red (used 25yds) [a skein has 135yds] Notions: Loom Hook, Row Counter, & 2-3 Locking Stitch Markers Abbreviation: C1 = Color One C2 = Color Two SWYIB = Slip / Skip With Yarn In Back Techniques Used: Double E-Wrap Cast On E-Wrap Knit Stitch U-Knit Purl Flat Drawstring Bind Off Double Stranded: Two yarns held together as one. c. 2015 by That's a Raelyn. Seamless Garter Stitcho: On round 1 Skip peg 48, With Yarn In Back (SWyIB). Place stitch marker on peg 1. At end of round 2 SWyIB peg 1. Place stitch marker on peg 2. After round 3 SWyIB peg 2. Your stitch markers & new starting peg should spiral around the loom. From peg 48 (or last peg in first round.), Peg 1, Peg 2, Peg 3, Etc. You will make a full revolution around the loom. Once you reach row 49, and start the E-Wrap Knit 2, Purl 2 stop moving the stitch marker around the loom. I left the yarn tail out, that was wrapped around the anchor peg. To show that there is no seam.
Notes:
C1 is "Lion Brand Landscapes" (Metropolis was used in sample.) C2 is "Lion Brand Jiffy" (True Red was used in sample.) You can use any cast on, or hat bind off you prefer.
