FINISHEDMEASUREMENTS Actual circumference: 12 inches un-stretched, stretches up to 26 inches Length:8 inches MATERIALS Brown Sheep Company Lamb's Pride Bulky [85% wool, 155 mohair; 125 yd per 4 oz. skein];1 skein 1 set US #10.5/6.5mm double-point needles 1 16-inch US #7/6.5mm circular needle Stitch marker Tapestry needle GAUGE 16 sts/ 24 rows = 4" in 2 x 2 rib (un-stretched) PATTERNNOTES Find standard abbreviations at http://www.theshizknit.com. PATTERN CO 64 sts. Place marker to indicate beg of round. Work in k2, p2 rib for six inches, or desired length. If you would like a brim on your hat, work for an additional six inches. Work decreases as follows: Rnd 1 - \*K2, p2, k2, p2tog, rep from \* to end. (56 sts). Rnd 2 - \*K2, p2, k2, p1, rep from \* to end. Rnd 3 - \*K2, p2tog, k2, p1, rep from \* to end. (48 sts).
