Set up rows:

RI: (Ws) purl this, and all wrong-sided (odd-numbered) rows R2:(RS) $k\,I$ b (ktft kfsth,yy( tf thst tmr fthr R4:(border) $y o,k\,I$ yo, center stitch,yo, kl,yo (border) Begin CHART A, with border stitches (not shown on chart: RS:k2 - WS:kl,purl to last stitch, kl) or garter stitch (k2 both sides) & center stitch (shown on chart: RS: kI — WS: pl). AT ROW 32 BEGIN CHART B Repeat rows 32 to 62 of Chart B twice more. Or as many times as you want to, but end with the Row 62 sequence. CHART C shows how first repeat works.
