Nip Nuggets
I was working away on my sock yarn afghan one day when one of my mischievous little kitties ran off with one of my squares... it got me thinking, and nip nuggets were born. It's simply two mitred squares, sewn together and stuffed with cat nip. Made with sock yarn, they are not only the perfect size for kitty paws, but also contain the natural fibre factor most cats love. Knit one or ten. for you or for friends. Happy knitting, Valerie

Finishing
Sew three sides of the square together. Turn inside out. Stuff with cat nip. If you prefer not to fill completely with cat nip, you can use fibre-fill and just a pinch of nip. Sew up last side. Give to cat, sit back and enjoy the show. These can be knit with any type or weight of yarn, but they are a great way to use up left over sock yarn . The cats love the wool content and the nylon makes them extra tough! Please contact me at wanderingcatstudio $@$ hotmaill.com if you have any questions or comments.
