Felted Garter Stitch Potholders
copyright Fun is always in style. 2008 Materials 1. Worsted or aran weight wool yarn (no superwash!); off white & rainbow scraps 2. Needles; US size 11 3. Tapestry needle for weaving in ends Holding 1 strand worsted weight yarn & 1 strand aran weight yarn together as one, cast on 25 stitches using the longtail method. Knit every row. If you like, alternate colored yarn to create stripes. When your potholder is a square, bind off all stitches! Weave in ends securely. Run through the washer on hot/cold setting, then dryer. Repeat until potholder is desired size.
