This (filet) shawl is made in two differnet parts that are crocheted in different directions but no sewing is needed !!
Piece A (vertical)
ch 44 with colour A Rnd1: 1 sc in 8th ch (from hook), (ch 4, skip 3 ch, sc in in next ch) repeat till end, now you have 10 ch-spaces Rnd 2: ch 4, turn, sc in first ch-space, (ch 4, sc in next ch-space) repeat till end, now you have again 10 ch4-spaces. Repeat Rnd 2 untill you like the length of the shawl I continued untill I finished the two skeins of coulour A When crocheting the last sc with colour A, change to colour B, Turn work 14 turn to the right
Piece B (horizontal)
Now you work at the side of piece A in the ch-spaces Rnd 1: Ch 4, sc in first ch-space, (ch 4, sc in next ch-space) repeat till end Rnd 2: ch 4, turn work, sc in first ch-space, (ch 4, sc in next ch-space) repeat till end Now you can repeat Rnd 2 untill you like the width of the shawl.
