Materials: Mercer crochet cotton thread No. 80 needlesize 1,5 mm sewing needie plastic egg 60 mm Technique: lacepattern according the chart with needlesize 1,5 mm
$=$ knit1 stitch 2 $=$ number of knit stitches O $=1$ yarn over $=$ knit 2 stitches together $=$ slip1 stitch, knit1 stitch, pass slipped stitch over $=$ slip 2 stitches as if to knit together, knit 1 r, pass slipped stitches over $\boxed{(4)}=$ repeat for the pattern repeat as often as written in paranthesis Description: Cast on 9 stitches on threadring ( use a lacecast on). Knit accoording the chart. Work the pattern until row 12 repeat 2 times. Then knit it once in the round. Blank boxes are only for a better illustration. Even numbered rows are not charted. Knit all stitches in this rounds. Repeat rounds 15 until 26 once. Finishing: Weave in the beginning thread inside the egg. Cut off the thread end about 40 cm long and pull it with the help of a sewing needle 2 times through the last 30 stitches.It is helpfull to remove the knitting needle not until the second round. Let the thread loosly, so that the egg fits inside. Put the egg inside with the thicker side on the botom. Thighten the thread and weave it in. Don't cut it.
