Sizes S (M, L, Adult) Circumference 16 (17, 18, 20) Gauge: 18 sts and 26 rows = 4" (10 cm) over St st using larger needle Intarsia: This pattern involves the Intarsia method of colour work. When working in Intarsia, different sections of each row are worked with different colours. Use a separate bobbin of yarn for each area of colour. Remember to twist the 2 yarns around each other at the back to prevent holes in the work. DK wool in main colour, and oddments under 10grams of red, blue, yellow and green (alter logo colours as desired . feel free to experiment) 4.5mm and 5mm straight needles

BEANIE

With Main colour and smaller needles Cast On 72 (78, 84, 90)sts loosely Work 8 rows in (k1, P1) rib Change to 5mm needles and continue in stocking stitch (k 1 row, p 1 row), work 4 rows of main colour Now working with Intarsia (see above) and chart below work 27 (30,33,36)sts main colour, 9sts green, 9sts red, knit to end in main colour. Continue working in stocking stitch, following chart until complete Work a further 4 (x,y,z) rows in main colour Crown decreases work as sizes for largest size (20") work (k8, k2tog) to end - 81sts P1row (k7, k2tog) - 72sts, p1row continue from \*\*\*

for 18" beanie

(k26, k2tog) to end - 81sts P1row (k7, k2tog) - 72sts P1 row continue from \*\*\*

for 17" beanie (k11, k2tog) - 72 sts

p 1row continue from \*\*\*

for smallest size (16")

\*\*\* (k6, k2tog) - 63sts (k2tog) - 9sts, break yarn, thread thru remaining stitches, gather tight and secure.

To finish

Sew in all colour ends neatly, Sew row ends together for center back seam If desired make a pompom with the colours and attach to top of beanie.
