Spring Semester Floral Cowl Pattern by Alegria DaSilva - Original Design for Knitting Enthusiasts

Spring Semester

A floral cowl pattern by Alegria DaSilva This past school year I had the priviledge of working with two amazing teachers. I owe them a debt of gratitude for their kindness and support through fun times and challenging times. I created this pattern for Brenda, who is by far one of the most gentle people I have ever met. She manages to gracefully combine being nurturing and firm, and creates a warm classroom environment where students thrive in the sunshine of her love. Spring Semester features a floral broderie pattern and is worked in the round. The dainty flower motif stands out well even in a heavy weight yarn. This cowl begs to be worked in the bright colors of spring, daffofil yellow, cherry blossom pink and coneflower purple.
