MC: Approx. 250 yards of Chunky Wt. (The thinner your yarn the more open your shrug.) Novelties: Eyelash - 1 skein (Trendsetter) and Ribbon - 1 skein (Berroco Zen) Needles: US#17 and Tapestry Needle

Cast on 31 stitches for all sizes S (M, L). Row I: Purl Row 2: k1, (YO, k2tog) repeat to the end of the row. Section I: Beginning with a purl row, work in Stockinette Stitch until piece measures 3 (4, 4) inches ending with a WS row. Cut your MC and leave a tail of about 6-8 inches. Begin your next row holding both novelty yarns together. With RS facing wrap each knit stitch twice on this row. Cut your novelty and leave another tail Purl the next row letting the double wrap drop as you work across the row. Be careful not to catch the double wrap in your stitch. Section 2: Continue in Stockinette Stitch with MC for 5 (6, 6) inches. Ad novelties as in Section 1. Section 3: Continue in Stockinette Stitch with MC for 7 (8, 8) inches. Add novelties as in Section 1. Section 4: Continue in Stockinette Stitch with MC for 17 (19, 20) inches (adjust the length of this section for personal perfect fit). Add novelties as in Section 1. inishing: Stitch sleeve seams from each cuff through the $3^{\mathsf{r d}}$ row of novelty yarns on each side. Group the tails of MC and Novelties that you left hanging at every color change and tie them together at each section with an overhand knot. Too Bohemian?
