Puffy Htearts Hteadband
This headband was made for a small child but you can make the beginning chain larger for a teen or an adult. This beginning chain measured 15 % inches (about 66 sts), so you can adjust the beginning chain (even sts) or hook sizes to make different size headbands.
Materials:
Redheart With Love in White and Holly Berry Size G6/4.00 mm Hook - Optional:(l9/5.50mm Hook for flower) ?Scissors Elastic (small, round - optional) Tapestry needle for sewing in ends and adding elastic
Stitches Used:
ch - chain stitch sC - single crochet hdc - half double crochet tr - treble crochet Note: - Beginning chain counts as a st - Repeat pattern between \*---\* ch 66 (or 15 % inches), join to first chain. BE CAREFUL NOT TO TWIST CHAI Row 1: Ch 1, sc in each st around, join to beg ch. BE CAREFUL NOT TO TWIST. (66) Row 2: Ch 3, (counts as hdc, ch1), sk 1st, \* hdc in next st , ch 1, sk1 st\* around, join to 2nd ch of beg ch3. (33,ch 1 spaces) Join Red color

Row 3: Ch 1, TURN, \*Tr in sc of row 1 (PIC-A)(the sc directly under ch 1 sp), sc in ch 1 sp of row 2 (PIC-B)(just above sc you just went into),tr in same sc of row 1 (PIC-C), sc in next ch 1 sp (PIC-D),\* around, join to beg ch 1。 Switch back to white Row 4: Ch 2, TURN, \*sc in middle of heart (sc st), ch 1, sc in next sc, ch 1\* around, join to beg ch 1. Row 5: Ch 1, \* sc in ch 1 sp, sc in next sc \* around, join. Fasten off.
