Work 5 rounds. Increase round: k1, k2tog, k to 3 sts before m, ssk, k1. Work 8 rounds. Repeat this 9 rounds 3(4, 4, 5)[5, 6] more times. Next round: k1, k2tog, k to 3 sts before m, ssk, k1. Work 12 rounds. Repeat this 13 rounds 4(4, 4, 4)[5, 6] more times. Next round: k1, k2tog, k to 3 sts before m, ssk, k1. You have now 56(62, 66, 66)[72, 76] sts. Work 6 rounds. Change your needle to 2.5mm and make 15 rounds in rib. Bind off.

TAB
Turn your sleeve to the wrong side. Place the sleeve in front of you, with the end acing the direction you are looking. Mark the stitch 8 cm from the end of the sleeve and in the middle of the outer part of the sleeve with safety pin. Using 2.5 mm needle pick up 3 sts before that st, that st and 3 sts after (7 sts in total). (WS) p1, k1, p1, k1, p1, k1, p1. (RS) k1, p1, kl, p1, k1, p1, k1. Repeat this 2 rows until you have around 8cm. (RS) k1, p1, bind off 3 sts, p1, k1. (WS) p1, k1, cast on 3 sts, k1, p1. Work 2 rib rows and bind off. Repeat on the second sleeve and sew the buttons on the right side 0,5 cm above the place you picked the sts up.
BLOCKING
Due to frequent increases and special cable (with kb), the sweater without blocking will arrange badly. You have to block it, shaping it as shown in the picture. The cable will straighten and stretch.
