Ch 37 + ch 1 for turn and start sc row, using MC, turn Row 1-7: Work 36 sc, turn Row 8-9: Ch 2, [1dc in space before next st from row below] 35 dc; ch 2 does not count as dc, turn Row 10-16: 36 sc, turn. Fasten off.
