Starting with color turquoise blue I. ch3, dc6tog in 1st ch from hook {0\~6 months} Il. ch3, dc8tog in 1st ch from hook {6\~12 months} Ill. sl st in 1st ch IV. fasten off and leave tail to sew on. V. make two flower's surgery. Ref. picture 2 - dc6tog
Dc6tog [Yarn over, insert hook in 1st st, yarn over and draw up a loop, yarn over and draw through 2 loops on hook ] 6 times, yarn over and draw through all loops on hook. Dc8tog [Yarn over, insert hook in 1st st, yarn over and draw up a loop, yarn over and draw through 2 loops on hook ] 8 times, yarn over and draw through all loops on hook.

Rnd1: Create a magic ring with 5 sc. Pull the tail to close the ring and join with sl st in 1st sc. Rnd2: ch2, pf into the 1st st, ch3, sl st in same st. [ ch2, pf in next st, sl st in same st.] 4times. You should have 5 petals at the end of Rnd2. Bind off and weave in ends.
{6\~12 months}
Rnd1: Create a magic ring with 5 sc. Pull the tail to close the ring and join with sl st in 1st sc. Rnd2: ch4, pf into the 1st st, ch5, sl st in same st. [ ch4, pf in next st, sl st in same st.] 4times. You should have 5 petals at the end of Rnd2. Bind off and weave in ends.
Ref. picture 3 - pf Wrap the yarn over your hook. As if making a double crochet stitch. Then working into the same stitch. Wrap the yarn over the hook again, pull the yarn through and keep pulling until your hook is the same height as the first loop we made. That's 1of the 8 double crochet that will need to make up our puff. So,repeat that same action another 7 times to make the remaining 7double crochet of the puff. Now, we should be sew surgery on to petal, sew flower on booties.
